Abstract

The authors have evaluated the parameters of microcirculation in patients with occlusive lesions of arteries of lower extremities, treated by means of indirect revascularization. The researchers applied a new method for estimating capillary blood flow reserve and a new method of desympathisation. It has been established that the proposed method of extended desympathisation compared to isolated lumbar sympathectomy procedure leads to an earlier and sustained clinical effect, improvement of microcirculation parameters.

Key words

extended desympathisation, lumbar sympathectomy, microcirculation, capillary blood flow reserve.
